There are festivals that you can send your film to imcomplete?

If I were to start shooting my feature film, with my own funds and the crew, then can send what I shot a film festival like Sundance or Tribeca, and put in a category of "unfinished"? I just heard that a few years ago, and then any company can take it and give the rest of the money to complete a movie or start from scratch? And if so, what to do?

Some minor festival accept work in progress, however incomplete film festivals are usually neglected in favor of a larger completed and fully realized film. I would recommend a couple of things: 1) If in the festival screened oriented work in progress, but are smaller in size and aimed at honing creative talent. FilmFestivals.com is an excellent database packed of parties large and small. Take a look, a look at some local festivals, and see whether to accept incomplete observations. 2) The FilmFestivalsPro Filmmakers Office (link here below) is an excellent resource to help you understand what you need after full production to help promote the film properly when you apply to festivals. Maintain that link at hand. 3) Before the film can take the festival circuit by storm, it needs to be completed. This means that you have a lot of work ahead of you. You have a script completed shooting? In that case, consider the application of the screenwriter Sundance Lab. This is a great resource for writers, and a good first step films.
