The girl sitting next to me talking on the phone, with the microphone on. This is considered rude?

I'm in a coffee shop. Personally, I think is rude when talking on their cell phones next to other customers in a coffee shop for a long period of time. This girl is talking to his mother for his telephone phone (for like the past hour and a half) and talking really loud and has the microphone. I realize that coffee shops are places for conversations, but most people speak strong when they are on their phones, and it's just so annoying. Would I be out of line to say that is rude?
