Because the Disney Channel try to create pop stars in another type of music?

as Hannah Montana sings pop and Ashley Tisdale sings pop. even High School musical just pop music .. no electronics, no soul, no (although I do not like it) rap, no music rockpop. I'd like to see a show where a guy trys to be the next Daft Punk or a girl trying to be in a band like the cover. do u agree? thnks to people who answer!

To be honest, I'm glad they do not try do rockstars and techno kids. Sorry for the Disney fan, but I think it would be terrible. I think that going to pop, because they know that the majority of fans will be child such as listening to this, because it is a popular genre of music.
