When you need to take the CFA level 1 exam?

I will be out next May, after studying economics (finance minor). I intend moving to New York to work as an analyst in an investment bank. You Can pass the exam the following December, taking into account the hours you must put in situ (especially in the beginning)? Basically I want to know: When most people take the first test after graduation?

If you're working as an i-banking analyst, you're not going to have any free time study. Reasonable certainty that the date of December is a good idea. You pay for every window, regardless of whether or not you take, so save your money. Moreover, it is necessary to obtain the Series 7 and 63, so it is already studying for those. I would wait 2 years until the analyst stint and think later. Within 2-3 years, you can decide whether or not you want to pursue an MBA, so as to give a few years.
