What people like in an adventure game on the computer?
My older brother is the creation of a game on the internet which is a bit 'like Runescape. Just to give you an idea of what the game will be like a little '. Anyway, my brother wants to know what teens and preteens and adults as possible, as in a game? In the game, there are monsters to fight and the skills of many experiences in. Any idea? The game will have 3 sections to it, past, present and future.
I have 4 children who all play video / console / PC / online games. My youngest (12) is the fanatic, though. Love the games where you conquer the enemy, but not violently and bloody. She likes to collect things (eg in boxes that had to break in some way with some instruments that gathered in a previous level), power up, energizing (health, extra life if you accidentally falls off a cliff, etc.), wealth (coins, loot bags, or any valueables has to hunt and gather), etc. You could have your character become better after every ten levels (which may be giant or have the ability to shrink, if necessary, or the ability to jump cliffs rather than wait to build / find a bridge, or other special skills such as blocking the enemy in position for a few seconds to allow them to leave, etc.).
